Support to discovery of new Coastal Forest in Northern Mozambique

Based upon our specialist knowledge on East African Coastal Forest we producted map to guide botanists

in the field to the various coastal forest types. Botanist where provided with Landsat based natural and false

colour maps in a scale of 1:250.000. The false colour maps was tuned to reveal structural and species

differences in the coastal forest, natural colours were used to separate closed forest.
